Kailani at Batemans Bay is a boutique residential development offering 16 oversized apartments across five levels, each designed to embrace the natural beauty of coastal living.
As the interior designers for this project, our role was to curate three distinct interior themes that harmonize with the building’s architectural vision and the serene coastal environment.
Montague: Inspired by the bright, open spaces of Montague Island, this palette features soft textures and light, earthy tones, evoking a sense of tranquility and connection to nature.
Lilli Pilli: Drawing from the earthy textures of Glasshouse Rocks and Pillow Lava, this scheme incorporates sandy hues and organic materials, creating a timeless and soothing aesthetic.
Pearly Luxe: Reflecting the dusky tones of the Clyde River oyster farms, this sophisticated palette combines dark hues with refined textures for a luxurious and contemporary feel.
Each theme was thoughtfully developed to provide residents with options that not only align with contemporary design principles but also offer a lasting sense of comfort and elegance, ensuring that the interiors remain both stylish and enduring over time.
