The Hills District multi-faceted establishment, Mullane’s Hotel, features Sarino’s Italian restaurant alongside an in-house craft distillery and cocktail bar experience. Mullane’s Hotel has been developed within a gutted office block in a business district, re-designed and reimagined as a 1770sqm venue over three levels. The main restaurant boasts a light and luxurious double height space surrounded by an assortment of intimate individual dining rooms including an indulgent wine room, perfect for private group gatherings and celebrations.
Mullane’s also hosts an elegant cocktail bar with sweeping ceilings, warm timbers and brass detailing as the backdrop to a relaxed and ambient atmosphere.
